Within 60 seconds or less you will know the results of your application submission. Depending on your situation, Check Into Cash will either process your loan request directly or will attempt to locate you another lender*. Either way you will have an answer within seconds.
After receiving your application, as part of the underwriting process, a Check Into Cash representative will attempt to contact you at the number you provided in order to complete your loan request. No, this will NOT slow the loan process and funding. In fact, it actually speeds things up!**
If your loan request is finalized by a Check Into Cash representative, your funds are directly deposited into your active checking account within 24 hours or the next business day***.

Do I Need to Send in Additional Documentation?

We hear these questions a lot. At Check Into Cash, we hate red tape that is “additional documentation”. However, since Check Into Cash and Loan By Phone are issued individual state licenses, we are bound by their online lending laws. These laws are created to protect you, the consumer.

For those states that do not require additional documentation, we typically will not ask you for it (each loan request may require more documentation to process it if needed). For states that do require us to get more documentation, we will only ask you to fax in the minimum (when possible). What Will You Need to Get Started on Your Online Loan Request?

Your social security number
Your state driver’s license
Your checking account number
Your bank’s routing number – This is a nine digit number located at the bottom of your check. For Credit Union checking accounts, please call your Credit Union and ask them for your ACH checking account number. Some Credit Unions either add additional zeros to the front of the checking account number or to the back. Having the correct number will obviously speed the funding process up!
Be at least 18 years of age (19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska)
Have a verifiable source of income

* - Check Into Cash will attempt to process your loan directly. If not, we will attempt to place your request with other companies if you choose this option.
** - Depending on the daily volume of loan submissions, a Check Into Cash representative will contact you within minutes of submitting your loan during normal business hours. Business hours are 9AM to 8PM ET Monday through Friday and 10AM to 2PM on Saturdays.
*** - The funding process typically occurs within 24 hours or the next business day. Loan requests process before 7:00PM ET during a non holiday business day are funded on the next business day. For example, a loan request received Monday before 7:00PM ET that is verified and approved by Check Into Cash, will receive the loan proceeds on Tuesday (if Tuesday is not a holiday).
